As a mortgage adviser I’m often asked to help get home loans for self-employed people.
For anyone that is self-employed they may find that speaking to a bank about a home loan can be quite a frustrating prospect.
As an experienced mortgage adviser I try to ensure that we get all the information, and a good understanding of your earnings which can help make this quite a smooth process.
I can explain how the various options and features work and can benefit you, plus I can help you get a home loan that can be paid off faster too – that’s how you can really save money.
There is a range of banks and non-bank options to choose from.
Sometimes the non-bank options can be better when there is a difficulty proving income. Some of the non-bank lenders apply “common sense” or can look at alternative ways to “prove” an income and this can make all the difference.
Working with Mortgage Managers I have access to most banks and non-bank lenders so you know that you will have the options to consider.
Until we have a good look and a discussion we will not know what will suit you best, but I’m always happy to have a look for you.
